Hey all, First off, my problem wasn't too bad, just a small thin spot above the forehead. At first use, I experienced increased heart rate and dizzyness, and decided to stop using the product immediately, as it is printed on the box to do so. I left mediocre feedback on Amazon and the folks at DNC kindly offered me a full refund for the unused portion. In hindsight, I'd've been wise to take them up on this. But curiosity got the better of me, and given their kind offer, I thought I'd give it another go. Well, to make a long, dull story short, I lost more hair than I gained, and though the symptoms leveled, they never disappeared (increased heart rate, dizzyness/nausea, etc). As the customer service department says, this product isn't for everyone. Take it from me, if you feel at all peculiar (other than tingly skin) after using this, return it asap, as its not for you. For the rest, I hope it works out. Mine's recovered using other products, like Nioxin formula 1 shampoo/cleanser. & after all its only hair!

I have very fine hair anyway, but my baby hair around the hairline seemed less dense than usual, thus making me feel like I was balding. After finishing one 8oz. bottle of Nisim shampoo, I ordered a giant 33oz. bottle, not only because my head seems to be as hairy as before, but also because my fine, dull, and impossibly tangly hair is now actually much more brushable and shiny. Customer Review: most amazing little tool

I did a little research about Collagen Induction Therapy (CIT) before purchasing the Dermaroller, and found the science behind it solid. Still, I was a bit nervous needling my skin! I looked on skin care forums to find the proper method and review the results of others which gave me the courage and motivation. I decided on this method: six weekly rolls and then a prolonged break (3-6 months), and a possible repeat.

Well, I am a little over 1 month past my last weekly roll of the first session, and I'm quite impressed with the results already (final results emerge after appoximately 6 to 9 months). Fine lines on my forehad and eyes are greatly diminished or no longer visible. Pore size is noticeably reduced. Some slight redness on one of my cheeks is vitually gone, a broken capillary on the side of my nose has faded a bit. The areas above and below my eyes seem a bit tigher and lifted. My skin is plumper, firmer, clearer, and just glows. I was so impressed with this little tool, I bought a smaller needle size for product penetration (the .5mm Dermaroller)that I plan to use 3x a week or so.

I've read several medical articles and several reviews of this product and could find nothing negative about it or CIT in general.

The downside, however, (isn't there always one?)is that it is painful. Some people use numbing cream or ice to ease the pain. I, however, did not, so it really depends on your tolerance for pain whether or not you'll need the numbing cream or even whether you can realistically use this tool. No pain, no gain, though right? To me, the pain is tolerable and the results are well worth it!

If you want a safer, cheaper alternative to microdermabrasion, laser resurfacing, Botox and fillers that you can do at home, give this a try. There's not nearly the instant gratification of the aforementioned treatments, but the results can be comparable with less downtime.

The shampoo and conditioner are the best I've ever used. I purchased them with the hair stimulating extract. I can't honestly verify if there is any change in hair loss for me, but this shampoo/conditioner smells great, feels great on, and leaves hair very manageable. I have extremely dry hair and typically washed my hair about two or three times a week at the most because I needed the natural oil to keep my curly/frizzy hair under control. This is the first shampoo/conditioner that allows me to wash/condition hair with every shower without drying it out. I have relatively short hair and have gotten about four months use with these products with daily use. I feel they are a good deal and I am buying more today. Enjoy!

After using minoxidil for women, I disliked the greasy feel. With fine, thin hair, that's the last thing I need. This product is pleasant to use, has a fresh smell, and is NOT GREASY! I can use it, style my hair, and go to work. I could only use minoxidil at bed time, and had to wash it out the next morning. No way could I use it twice a day. Also, another plus for Amenexil is the lack of warnings of possible chest pain, rapid heartbeat, faintness, weight gain, swollon hands or feet, etc. that came with minoxidil. I want hair, not heart problems. I'm ordering my second box now, after noticing a zillion little hairs along my hairline. I never noticed them before. I'm going to use another box! I am so excited about this hair product. It is by far the best I have ever used in my life. I live in a very dry appartment. My hair was paying a toll. I am a mixed woman with kinky hair.
