Customer Review: This isn't for everyone, though DNC folks were nice
Hey all, First off, my problem wasn't too bad, just a small thin spot above the forehead. At first use, I experienced increased heart rate and dizzyness, and decided to stop using the product immediately, as it is printed on the box to do so. I left mediocre feedback on Amazon and the folks at DNC kindly offered me a full refund for the unused portion. In hindsight, I'd've been wise to take them up on this. But curiosity got the better of me, and given their kind offer, I thought I'd give it another go. Well, to make a long, dull story short, I lost more hair than I gained, and though the symptoms leveled, they never disappeared (increased heart rate, dizzyness/nausea, etc). As the customer service department says, this product isn't for everyone. Take it from me, if you feel at all peculiar (other than tingly skin) after using this, return it asap, as its not for you. For the rest, I hope it works out. Mine's recovered using other products, like Nioxin formula 1 shampoo/cleanser. & after all its only hair!
Customer Review: They have to do better...
The big issue with this item is that there ends up being a mass of crystalized ingredients at the bottom of the bottle which clog the applicator. If you can't apply it, what good is it? For the price this company has to do better.
